At Morocco Zellige, we specialize in handmade Moroccan Zellige tile samples, crafted to order for architects, designers, and homeowners. As these are sample items intended for evaluation purposes only, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer returns or exchanges except in cases where items arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.

No Refunds or Returns for Samples

All sample purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

Damages & Issues

We carefully inspect and package all orders before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@morocco-zellige.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will assess your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement for the affected items.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

In the rare event that a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, we may offer store credit for future purchases. This credit is non-transferable and must be used within 6 months.
