Overview

At Morocco Zellige Samples, we take pride in offering handcrafted Moroccan Zellige tile samples, made to order for architects, designers, and homeowners.
Because these are samples for evaluation purposes only, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the items are damaged in transit or incorrect due to our error.

No Refunds or Returns for Samples

All sample purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

Damages & Issues

We inspect and carefully package all orders before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Include your order number, photos of the item, and packaging.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Exceptions

In the rare case that a replacement cannot be provided due to lack of stock, store credit may be issued for future purchases. This credit is non-transferable and valid for 6 months.
